East Hills Mini Bus SUV Crash

Breaking News Long Island: It’s been reported that five people, two school children, were transported to the hospital after a school minibus and a SUV sport utility vehicle collided head-on on Glen Cove Road in East Hills.

School-Transportation-Related Crashes According To The National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA)

From 2003 to 2012, among the 106 occupants killed in school transportation vehicles, 46 were drivers and 60 were passengers. Among the 244 pedestrians killed in school-transportation-related crashes, 195 were struck by school vehicles and 48 were struck by other vehicles. Read More
