Nascar Fatal Crash Upstate New York

CANANDAIGUA, N.Y. — NASCAR driver Tony Stewart struck and killed sprint car driver Kevin Ward Jr., who had climbed from his car and was on the track trying to confront Stewart during a race in upstate New York on Saturday night.

Stewart is visibly shaken by this accident,authorities report. This is an on-track crash and not criminal. There are no charges pending.  Just sadness and grief for all parties involved. Just tragic. Prayers to the Ward family in their time of loss. A young man lost his life, that’s the bottom line.
