Fatal Tweets

How many news articles do we have to read, where someone was sending their final text or tweet while driving?  Texting while driving is a distraction that can within seconds lead to death or give reason to why an accident happened.

As drivers we need all the brain power we can get when on the road.  We need to be alert and focused.  It takes a split second, before in the wink of an eye a catastrophic accident occurs.

Just in case anybody out there with a driving privilege, and I emphasis the word PRIVILEGE, didn’t know, texting and driving is illegal in 37 U.S. States.  So if your driving through Arizona, Montana or South Carolina your safe — text at your own risk — not ours!

  • In his last post on Twitter, Polo Manukainiu posted, “22 hour drive back to Texas on no sleep. Oh my.”
  • Rapper tweets ‘YOLO’ just before dying in car accident: Drunk af going 120 drifting corners – I tell you saying YOLO seriously is deadly. – so is tweeting!
  • A Beverly Hills plastic surgeon who died when his Jeep Wrangler veered off Pacific Coast Highway in Malibu appears to have posted Twitter updates about his dog minutes before the crash.
  • 22-year-old Alexander Heit, was killed while texting – “Sounds good my man, seeya soon, ill tw” before he crashed.

Just remember — Is it worth it?  That last tweet?

texting while driving can be fatal!
